FINCAD offers Training Services to help our customers optimize their FINCAD investment and help them become adept using our solutions. Options include onsite and web-based training, video tutorials, online knowledge base, and one-on-one training.

On-Site Group Training / Web-based Training

FINCAD is able to deliver a range of standard and customized group training sessions, focused on users’ specific needs. These training sessions can be delivered on-site at customer locations or remotely via web-based training. FINCAD will customize the training program to best suit the needs of each customer based on: location of users, range and complexity of learning objectives, requirement for interactive (hands-on) learning, and technology requirements.

Video Tutorials

FINCAD offers a library of video tutorials providing customers with on-demand access to key knowledge and information. Each training video is between 5 and 15 minutes in length, and many videos provide an accompanying Excel workbook to enable customers to perform self-driven learning exercises at their own pace.

Customer Support Portal

Supported customers can access our on-demand knowledge base of articles, technical documentation, videos and white papers to help support ongoing, self-directed learning. Our portal continues to grow with new articles and content on a regular basis, to provide ongoing learning opportunities.

One-on-One Training

Our FINCAD Professional Services team can provide one-on-one coaching and guidance as necessary throughout and beyond a customer’s solution implementation – to ensure adequate ongoing knowledge transfer for those who need it. All our implementation professionals have extensive experience in training customers.
